How do I apply for representation?+
Submit the application form on our
Apply page, or email
apply@hollowaymgmt.com with your portfolio and a short note about where you are in your career. We respond within five business days, and book a 30-minute discovery call with applicants who are a fit for the roster.
How do brands book talent?+
Email
bookings@hollowaymgmt.com with the brief: project, dates, location, scope, and budget range. We respond with a curated shortlist of roster talent within 48 hours. Most projects close from first email to signed deal memo within a week. Or use the inquiry form on our
Clients page.
Where is Holloway Management based?+
Our headquarters are in Scottsdale, Arizona, with working offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Miami. Our roster works across all five cities and travels worldwide for bookings.
What categories does Holloway represent?+
We represent talent across editorial, commercial, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, fitness, and brand-ambassador work. Our roster includes models, on-camera talent, and digital-first creators.
Do you accept open-call submissions?+
Yes. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We do not host periodic open calls; instead, we accept applications year-round and review them as they come in. Strong portfolios get a discovery call within five business days.
Do you charge upfront fees to talent?+
No. Holloway Management is paid by commission on bookings we secure, not by upfront fees from talent. If any agency asks you to pay before they have booked you a single job, that is not how legitimate representation works.
How are commission splits structured?+
Commission is industry-standard and outlined clearly in our representation agreement before signing. We do not believe in mystery math; every percentage, every term, in writing, before you sign anything.
Can I work with Holloway as a freelance creative?+
Yes. We work with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, hair, location, and post-production professionals on most shoots. Email
hello@hollowaymgmt.com with your portfolio and we will keep you in mind for relevant projects.
Where can I follow the agency?+
Instagram is the main public channel for the agency itself. Each signed talent maintains their own platforms, listed on their profile pages on the
Talent directory.
