Holloway was built the other way around. We start with the talent: what their goals are, who they want to work with, what kind of career they want to build. Then we go and build it. Brand by brand, booking by booking, year by year.

That means we say no a lot. We turn down brands that do not fit our roster. We turn down talent who do not have the appetite for a real career. We are not the agency that signs everyone, and we do not apologize for it.

Every decision starts with a single question: is this good for our talent? Brand fit, contract terms, calendar load, all of it. If it is not good for the roster, we pass.

Careers, not bookings.

A booking is a paycheck. A brand is a career. We are in the business of building long-term equity for the people we represent, not maximizing this quarter's invoices.

Founder-led, every time.

You will not get handed off to an assistant. The people who sign you are the people who manage you. That is the entire point of a boutique agency.

No mystery math.

Splits, commissions, contract terms: clear, written, signed. We do not believe in soft handshakes when real money is on the table.
